It is a sparkling wine with bubbles of natural origin produced by indigenous yeasts without any filtration, so it maintains many aromas and flavors of the grape.

Disgorgement, traditional style, and a lot of work on it but we are very proud of the result.
We recommend drinking it VERY COLD.

El MEJOR Pet-Nat que he probado. Tengo mucho contacto con el mundo del vino, por lo que imaginarás que he probado mucho. Conocí a esta encantadora familia en un festival y avisándoles de que no me gustaban los Pet-Nat por propia experiencia, probé su Burbu y me voló la mente tanto, que tuve que llevarme 2 botellas de vuelta a Barcelona. Este vino y esta familia me han abierto un mundo, roto esquemas, y enamorado. ¡Muchas gracias… Y viva el Burbu!
