Aging wine full-bodied
Made with Tempranillo grapes and hints of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Full-bodied aging, without harshness, with soft tannins from the grape and American oak. Intense and vivid color, no browns and oranges. Reds and blues.
Powerful nose, with red fruits, licorice, dairy, vanilla. Secondary aromas of oak, vanilla and still has aromas of fruit, rich grapes, cherries and red fruits.
Because we practically do not filter our wines, in order to try to preserve as many organoleptic and nutritional properties as possible, it is normal to find light deposits of coloring matter (mainly antioxidant polyphenols), so we recommend decanting if you want to eliminate them.
Slight filtration
Young wine
It comes from Merlot, Garnacha Tintorera and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes.
It is a young wine without aging (it does not go through wooden barrels).
Ruby-violet in color. It has primary aromas of red fruits such as strawberries, and of the earth, minerals.
Very slight filtration, therefore sufficient brightness, without eroding the qualities of such a full wine.
Early harvest
Floral scents
It comes from Muscat small grain grapes and Sauvignon Blanc.
It has floral aromas of Muscat but not excessively due to its early harvest.
In the mouth, the Muscat gives it body and the Sauvignon Blanc gives it freshness, it is aromatic and light, it is balanced.
It is not sweet, it is dry and with good acidity.
As it does not contain additives, it must be kept cold so that it does not rust.
